Gong Bath Bliss
BRING WHATEVER YOU NEED TO MAKE YOURSELF COMFORTABLE, A YOGA MAT TO LIE DOWN ON, A PILLOW, EYE PILLOW/MASK, BLANKET AND BLISS OUT TO THE SOUND OF THE MELODIC GONG!
The gong bath is an hour long. There will be extra time for intro and questions so please make your arrangements so you are not rushed.
Registration is directly with the haven. Cost: $35
